Unknown Art Deco Coal Tools

I recently purchased this piece not knowing what it is used for other than
moving embers or hot coals. It's 16 inches tall and mostly made of brass. The handle finial is obviously from the 30s. The brush is horse hair. Has 4 utensils. Brush/ poker/ shovel and claw tongs. Quite heavy for its size. nice original patina. There are no marks as to maker. If you have an idea as to use (too small for a fireplace) and maker would appreciate any help. Thanks
