Cat and kittens ashtray

Found this ashtray at an antique store yesterday. I like collecting unusual cat items and never came across one of these before. Anyone know anything about it? There is a mark on the bottom but it is faded. I searched online and found similar kitty ashtrays but they all had slight differences, either in color or placement of the cigarette holders.
