The glass base is about 16' tall and very heavy...probably 8-10 lbs. Its elegant lines and turquoise color have always fascinated me. It 's striking enough that I think it must have been made by a known designer. Does anyone know? It sat in my Grandmother's hollywood mansion during the 50's but I on't know where she got it? I would sure like to find out more about it, but don't know where to start.
Murano..gorgeous
Yummy -- Murano Art Glass Lamp. Have one or a Pair? From probably the 1950's//1960's era aka the Hollywood Regency Period for all lamp styles

Wow. Great to find out what it is! I only have one, but thank you for the Swank lighting source. I will find out if I can get a mate for it and make a pair.
