    The Masonic fob token once belonged to someone with the initials, O H A, who was made a Mason in the year 1915.

    On the front, it is decorated with Masonic Symbols and on the back, it is inscribed with information of O H A joining the Mason :

    MADE A MASON
    Prospect Lodge No. 444 (I believe in Ohio)
    Entered --September 27 1915
    Passed --October 11 1915
    Raised --October 25 1915
