Best Quality Shears Made in U.S.A. is in-beaded on the shears.
Found these Shears half way in the ground in North Mississippi when we lived there for a short time. Don't know how old they are but I could not find anything on this item on the internet. Maybe I'm not putting the correct words in but surely tried. I put the name of it and Made in U.S.A. but no info at all. It is about 6 1/2" long and 2 3/4" wide at the handle. I think it is cast iron but not for sure and it does have a bit of rust on it as you can see in the pics. Thank you if someone could tell me what year these might of been made and if there is any worth in them and how much if so. :O)

Almost identical shears are common today & I have a similar pair. Probably not very old.

Thanks much for the comment...Seemed like I saw these kinds back in the 50's 60's when I was growing up and made in U.S.A. you don't see much anymore...always Made in China. Thanks again. :O)
