I live in the Netherlands and bought this awesome gumball machine in a second hand store that looks like an antique King Carousel Gumball machine. There are no names or numbers on it that i can see ( i have disassembled the gumball machine and didn't see anything specific ). You can't disassemble the stand part accept for the legs. It's pretty heavy too.
The globe is made out of glass. everything works. I put an euro in and it did what it was suppose to. at first it was in free spin mode. but i changed it and can put any coin that fits in. I really have no knowledge about gumball machines just thought it looked awesome and wanted to have it. can anyone tell me more about it? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hi what a cool display . I do believe it is a reproduction Gumball machine , hopefully someone else will chime in and either agree or see it as a original . Would look great in a recreation room .

I remember a catalog showroom called Service Merchandise sold these in the late 1970's - 1980's.

If you can open the top and bottom with a coin (or screwdriver) and not a keyed lock it wasn't made for real use.

Lina89: What do you find confusing?

The stand of the King Carousel Reproduction that you showed me, you can disasemble it. But the one i have you can't. Only the small feet parts. That is what i find confusing. Some things don't match. But even if it is a reproduction, I still love it. So thank you all for all the help.
