Here is another holster for the 1895 Nagant revolver in my last post. This one was produced in the Soviet Union post-WWII, I believe in the 50s and 60s, for reserve forces and others who did not rate the newer Torkarev semi-automatic pistol.
These holsters, which seem to be made of a pebble finish naugahyde-type material and leather, went on the market pretty cheap after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and I snatched up this holster for use until I found one that more closely resembled the pre-WWII holsters that were more appropriate to my Imperial Russian revolver. The cleaning rod came with the rig. The whole thing looks unissued.
Good find & wish you luck on the pre WWII issue.
Surprised no comment on the revolver, blunder - did you miss the earlier post?
