Demitasse spoons from Paris

Help ! I need info on these spoons. They were a wedding gift in the early 1950's from Paris, France. The hallmark is a rooster head, an "N", a "C" and 3 stars. The picture shown is one I found of the Hallmark. The spoons are marked inside the bowl. I can't find any information, though. These spoons are a set of 12 in an embossed case that is lined in satin. No wording or markings on the box. They are aprox. 4" long and are very heavy. I would love to know more about their history.
