This is an old color art print that I am trying to identify. I recognize Washington but not sure who the other men are supposed to be. I don't see Ben Franklin so I am not sure if this is supposed to represent the founding fathers. I also couldn't make out the name of the artist in the lower left hand corner. It appears if this print may have been trimmed as I see a single 'e' above and the last name looks like 'Wascombe' to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I don't think Ben had anything to do with those committee's. Think he advised & reported, but not a "player".
;-) "to be or not to be" a "player." In this instance, not.
Yes, it's President George Washington with his cabinet members. The print is after a work titled "Washington's Cabinet" by Jennie Augusta Brownscombe (American, 1850-1936). Sorry, can't quickly locate this work on the net but here is a jigsaw puzzle :-) that identifies your print.

I did this quickly and think I have it right but welcome any corrections:
From left to right:
Thomas Jefferson, Secretary of State (1790-1793)
George Washington, President (1789-1797)
Edmund Randolph, Attorney Genberal (1790-1794)
Alexander Hamilton, Secretary of the Treasury (1789-1795)
Henry Knox, Secretary of War (1789-1794)
