This is a bar mat from "Chili's" Grill & Bar restaurant. - (Circa 1990-2002)
Chili's Grill & Bar is a restaurant chain founded by Larry Lavine who opened his first restaurant in 1975. The chain has many casual dining restaurants in the U.S. and Canada. The chain can also be found in 31 other countries around the world. The company logo was revamped in 2011 to simply a large chili pepper followed by an 's'. -- I could find no copyright or even another image of the chili pepper design on this bar mat.
