This is a vintage 1960's-1970's incandescent light bulb from a barn lamp.
It is a large PS-shape classification, 120volt, probably 200 or 300 wattage, and includes a glass tube enclosure for the center fusing and connecting wires, coiled tungsten filament with 3 support wires, parabolic aluminized reflector disc (to increase lumens emitted), and aluminum screw base. Enclosure is a 3 3/4" wide clear glass envelope for a total 8" size length. - Maker unknown
