Hello, my mother brought this from Cuba in 1966 when she escaped. Can someone please help me identify it and perhaps afford a guess as to what it is worth? It actually works ... if you put a coin in it! Thanks.

      Here is some information:
      1) JJJ in diamond logo was first used in 1967 by JJJ Merchandise Corp., NY and was registered in 1968 (#72300197) - this was for use on "cigarette lighters"
      2) AUD-I-TONE brand was used by a company called Continental Merchandise Co., NY in the 1960's for radios.
      3) google "Crown Melody coin-operated transistor radios" - this is the closest images I could find to what you have - Crown was a Japanese manufacturer of radios in the 1950's and 1960's

thank you for your prompt and professional reply - greatly appreciated as it is a family heirloom (of sorts!)
