Is this Russel Wright?

I got a set of dishes for decoration at a consignment store. The cups say Russel Wright and are tan. The plates do not say anything on the back (I photographed the serving platter so you could see the design). I'm not sure they are an actual set. I'm not a collector and didn't notice the signature until I was washing them off. Just curious now.
