I got sick of my kitchen linoleum and couldn't afford to get it redone, so one day I said THAT'S IT! And I painted it myself. I know I didn't really do it "correctly", but I don't care. Life is short, and it's MY kitchen! I just used cheap acrylic paint and then painted over it with polyurethane. I taped off each square and did it in colors I liked and thought went well together. It's kind of a never-ending project though, as squares will get dinged, or dented, and I'll have to redo a square.

I guess sun glasses are optional. No need to cook bacon the brightness will wake you up.

That looks fantastic. Good for you for being brave enough to go through with it. How's it holding up?

Aw, thanks Leta. Holding up pretty well, but every now and then I have to redo a square. It's kinda fun. It's like an always changing kaleidoscope of colors in our kitchen!
