Not much on specifics on this piece - the shape and color are early, and similar to some shapes shown in Series I of the paper patterns published in Lötz Böhmisches Glas, 1880-1940, Band II (Musterschnitte).
The raised enamel decoration (DEK) is one I havent seen before - it appears to have grapes or berries hanging from a vine with regularly spaced leaves - this design is repeated front and back. It has a fire-polished six-sectioned rim and a ground and polished pontil.
In terms of the color - it is the same color as the Series I-7183 I posted a while back (see last photo). It also appears to be a match with the metallic-red PG 166 vases shown on Loetz.com.
At any rate, this is my attribution in the absence of further documentation. :)
Very Nice.
Glorious colour!
Such a truly wonderful color that it nearly steals the show away from the beautiful enamel decoration!
