Thoughts on the origin of this heavily inlaid dining furniture? Heavily inlaid and old looking. Thanks

To me it looks very Middle Eastern, specifically Egyptian. The marquetry, the mixed styles, and the sharp corner edge that continues all the way down, even on the legs, exemplifies this style from the region.

Check inside, undersides of drawers and the chairs for writing.

With blurred eyes after 40hrs. 31 min. & 12 1/2 secs, without a beer, it looked Oriental. With cleared eyes, I say can say, "I don't know!". Beautiful inlays though. Used to do inlays & don't know why I quit, but never tackled a job this extensive. I can't define an area for it & baffled. Waiting to hear about markings.
