    I don't know anything about it. Was just hoping someone might know. It has a made in England stamp. It has a glass top maybe crystal and a silver base. Not sure if it's sterling or something else. But it's not tarnished.

      perhaps the metal base was made in England, but the glass looks like the Petal pattern by Federal Glass, c.1940:

      Should it be stamped if it's by Federal Glass c. 1940?

      Federal didn't mark everything; I have 3 of these pieces in a center handled stacked server piece and none are marked. I don't think this particular pattern was marked.
