found in mums glory box

All mum told me about these is that she bought the cups seperately to the saucers/plates etc. Unsure of what year they were made so any help on that would be great, along with an idea on the 2 - 9. New to all this so Im sorry if any of this is incorrect. Thank you in advance for any help :)
