Am curios on this pair of pliers what the serrations are for at the end of one handle and the round piece on the other.

Appear to be "dikes"(laugh now)to me. (Diagonal cutters). Have no idea what the serrations or "round piece" are for. Another sleepless nite! Probably a specialized configuration. Welcome to, uh, uh, what ever forum we're on! Oh yeah, CW!

By "diagonal cutters" - I assume you mean "side cutters" - like for cutting wire?

You must be a Canook agh. Yeah. What ever you call them up there. LOL. I'm sure it's getting late here. Bon nuit.

It's an old champagne bottle tool. The cylinder on the handle is missing the brush that it's supposed to hold, I think the other handle is an ice breaker, and of course the wire cutters are for cutting wire around the cork.

RobH, that's what I've been trying to say all along! (Tongue in cheek). Just forgot how to speak Eng. for a short bit (3 months). LOL
