YES, this is CHALET ART GLASS.
Called the Ribber Heritage Glass line
About 7 inches tall.....and about 12 inches wide. Olive colored. The pictures do not do justice AND the Size of it. I was told that the mark of CH is quite common on the "ribbed" Heritage Glass line. The mark you have on yours with the CH and then the year 1971 in Roman Numerals is very rare. Information about this type of Chalet Art Glass has been printed now in a Book.
This piece taught me something New about Chalet Glass!
