Here's just one photo from Lanterman State Hospital, opened in 1927. I was in a rush the other day & photos just don't come out well in that mode!
All the buildings are numbered. I just wanted to get a quick shot of the phone booth, possibly 40 years old. Here in California, we don't see many of these anymore since the cell phone has taken it's place.
