This California company served the San Franando Valley, Palm Spring, Riverside County area. The nickname for this company was "Drip & Tinkle" Cal water was purchased by General Telephone Co of California in 1967.

ttomtucker, you have some great items in your collection, I like all advertising signs. I think it is quite amazing how we collectors start with one item and the next thing you know we have a whole home full, it just takes one.
