    This Chinese Ginger jar?? Is 6 1/2" high & has its original cork stopper , it has a chinese dragon on one side and a rooster on the other is is marked as in pictures ..

      Hi surfdud66..... I love this :) I checked on Gotheborg's site and this is one of many Jiangxi Jingdezhen Min Ci. (Jiangxi Jingdezhen reputable porcelain). marks from the Early Republic (1949-1966) some are earlier 1940's though. In the very bottom section of the circle in the middle is the factory number, It's either a # 3 or # 8 it's hard to tell sometimes if the loops are closed or not. Did you remove the stopper?? Maybe a treasure inside! -Mike-

      Hi mikelv85 , no worries typo's always happen to me, kids call me
      "typo king"!! Thanx for that info m8 ,I think its an 8 on bottom mark, ive just opened it and sadly its empty!! Would'v been nice to find something inside, itsa great pot A1 condition I love the artwork !!
