I googled it I also went on eBay and could not find the item
Your description stated you wanted to know how to describe it - it is an Italian leather-wrapped wine bottle. We don't give appraisals on this sight - google or simply check ebay for comparable items and what prices they are "asking". It is simply a tourist item and there were probably thousands of different kinds.
