This is a black propelling pencil exactly 3 3/8" in length. - The "nib" end is metal and the ribbed rear end piece turns to adjust the lead length. The casing itself is all black plastic and the end piece also has a red insert piece. It has "BBC" in red block letters on one side, however maker is unknown.
No other markings - origin Germany, pre-1951 (great-grandfathers)
