I'm not 100% certain on the maker, perhaps Crown Crystal? around 30's 21cm. There are also mini bowls to match but unfortunately I've not yet come across any.

@blunderbuss2 I don't have much information on this piece other than the name and approx date of 1930's. My reference book says "perhaps Crown Crystal".
