This is making me crazy. I know this pattern. I have looked through Frye and Fostoria too. Someone has to know this design.

It's very worn so I didn't see it but it has the Diamond H on the bottom so I guess it is Heisey.

Well there you have it. Heisey can be a real pain in the rear sometimes. The loved to create items for one occation, not even limited but exclusive. It reminds be a little of the Wavery series but I can't pin point it. Check out the contacts of the Heisey musem here in town.

The etching on these pieces is Heisey plate etching No. 448 Old Colony . The plate is either pattern No. 1401 Empress or No. 1509 Queen Ann. Moulds for these patterns were similar, 1401 was made in crystal and colors but 1509 was only made in crystal. The stem is pattern No. 3380 Old Dominion. Without a side view, I can only say that it is either a 6 oz. Tall Stem or Short Stem Saucer Champagne or a 6 oz. Sherbet. The height of the campagnes are 6-3/8 and 5-3/4 inches, respectively. The Sherbet is much shorter.
