    Picked up at a local flea market:

    Fostoria #2454 Ebony glass rocket style vase stands approximately 8 1/4" tall by 3 1/4" in diameter.

    It was featured in the Fostoria 1936 catalogue - I believe it was manufactured from 1931 through late 1939.
