Rabbit condiment sets #2

The attention grabbing bright orange set is marked with the 5 petaled flower in a circle "Hand Painted Made in Japan" on the bottom of its luster blue base. The base is decorated with orange and black berries ? and painted luster yellow inside. The pot and s&p are also stamped Made in Japan on their bottoms. The five piece set is complete with its little orange spoon. The salt is a little darker orange than the pepper and has black and white eyes, whereas the matching pepper has only black dots for eyes. It is 3" tall and 7.5" wide.

The pale yellow luster set is marked "Foreign" on its grey-green luster base with three shallow indentations, one for the mustard lid, and two for the s&p. The ears are painted orange inside, and the big eyes are just black... along with the handle on the base. It is about 2.5" tall & 5" long.

The black and white salt dip set is not marked on the bottom, but is incised 6369 on the back. The head of the central rabbit is the lid to the pot. Most of the lids on these sets have a little slot cut out where a spoon might stick out. This one came without a spoon, but I added a modern one after it joined my collection. It is 3.5" tall and wide.
