Luster dog condiment & salt/pepper sets

I had two pair of these little dog s&ps when I found the condiment set, so I'm showing all together.

The yellow luster condiment set is marked Germany on the bottom of the pot and s&p. The luster gold tray does not belong to the set because it is marked Made in Japan in a circle around the 5 petaled flower - sorry, I don't know my marks. A glass spoon came with the pot. It measures 2-3/4" tall and the tray is 7" long.

The luster gold and black s&p are not marked, but the orange and yellow pair are marked Germany on the bottom. They are all 2-7/8" tall. The orange headed ones have a blue nose, and are not luster.
