Why o Why am I picking up art?
I have zero wall space left and more of my inherited pieces to hang.
BUT...there was a huge cart of art wheeled out at the thrift. Natural instincts had me diving in. Literally couldn't stop myself.
She's saucy, she's from Nov 5, 1925. Flapper?
Took me forever to figure out that the big black bit is a fan. I'd guess ostrich.

The addiction of thrift stores, yard sales and flea markets....you sometimes find the most timeless pieces and this is one of those Amber. Beautiful find. Never give up the hunting....you have the eye for it.
I couldn't give it up if I wanted too! I put it in Art Deco and they haven't changed it on me...put the horse picture in kitchen as that is my go to if I don't know where to put it. They guided it to Animals.

Same thing with me, amber. No room to hang but it is our natural instinct as pickers to buy when we see something nice!
