hand painted

Im unsure on this one !!
Its a vase , its 6" high, the patterns around the portrait are raised with guilding around the high parts & the picture itself is hand painted !! I thought at first it was transfer but it isn't, I dont know who she is ??
its guilded around the rim which has been rubbed off a bit..
this vase has definatly been made in a mould in two halves then put together as you can see on the base line which goes right to the top the cobalt blue a little uneven in places (darker areas) ...
bought it as I thought it was a pretty little vase ...
comments welcome especially if you know where its from as no marks whatsoever!!
