I picked this reproduction of Michelangelo's "La Pieta" up at GW this morning. I liked the pale colors and I thought it was nicely modeled. It stands 9" tall and is 7" wide at the base. There are no marks. I believe it had a label at one time because there is some yellowed glue residue on the bottom. The pale colors remind me of Lladro or Goebel figures, but it's not. A quick search though the online image gallery found nothing. Most all of these are either bronze or pure white. I thought for sure it would have been there. So I have no idea who made it or where it came from. -Mike-
