I just picked this piece of EAPG bowl up at the thrift store. Loved the Fleur-de-lis pattern. The bowl is 8" across and approximately 3" tall. I don't know more than what I have just gleaned off the web. Any more facts or comments would be welcomed.
nice EAPG bowl; you pretty much summed it up. The OMN was Fleur-De-Lis and the patterns was continued by J. B. Higbee Glass Co. in 1907.
Thank you TallCakes, is there a way to tell the difference?
Beautiful!!!! love your photo!!!!
there really isn't a way to differentiate when a piece was made; only consideration might be the crispness of the pattern, in that earlier uses of a mold would have a sharper pattern and as the molds aged the pattern lines would become 'softer' and less distinct.
Thanks SEAN68. Very informative TallCakes. There is quite a few scratch wear on the foot. And either mold deformations or chips that have been smoothed out.
I have this as well but in the rectangular dish. Love it!!
