Time to share a little. A C.A. Taylor train trunk that I had done a few months back, Every one does things a little different. Sometimes I just love burning and staining them five colors.
3/8 rope handles and hand sewn leather over the top. The stars are solid brass. I tried to pay tribute to four indian chiefs, Sitting bull, Crazy horse,
Cochise, and Geronimo. As well as the animals that they cherished.
The Elk, The Buffalo, Wild mustangs, the bear, the mountain lion, and
the wolf. Ironic ,that a trunk that rode the trains of their demise, should
carry their depictions . Took me about 3 months to do all the Burnings and
additional nail work.I'll post more pics. of the interior.
Amazing work! Did you do this yourself?
This I agree with toolate is amazing and you have made a true work of art ! Love it !
