These are two 2004 issue "The Incredibles" disk-shooters toy promotion from Kellogg's. - Disk could be loaded into shooter and then by pressing the side buttons, shot out for a distance of several feet. - no metal parts

-- In 2004, Kellogg's released an Incredibles-themed cereal as well as Pop-Tarts and fruit snacks. - The shooters are about 3 1/2" long and 2 1/2 wide and the disks are 1 1/2" in diameter. - Made of plastic / both unused condition.
Disk 1 depicts Violet Parr who had the ability to produce force-fields and turn invisible.
Disk 2 depicts Frozone who could create ice and freeze surfaces with his hands.
