This is a heavy porcelain sign-NH3-is anhydrous ammonia, a fertilizer.
I found this sign on a grain elevator in the small town of Biggs in N.Ca.
One of my favorite signs. It measures app. 36" by 36".It is actually a half sign, originally 2 halves were bolted together.Now--if i could only find the other half!
Beautiful colors! Thanks for sharing!

VERY cool! I have seen pictures before (just like I am now! lol) and would love to see one in real life.
Do the halves bolt together with neon around the outside?
