Once again a Rose Bowl find. Not too much information on these. Seems like everyone else is guessing 1950s and some 1940s so I will go with that too. It is a bit smaller than the usual hamper. If it is too small I will fill it with toys.

1950's - Pearl-Wick Products Co. was located in Long Island City, NY - they also made spacesaver one that could be attached to the back of a door.
It's an old clothes hamper that many people would put in their restroom. :)

I see you come quite a way to go to the Rose Bowl!!!
It takes about 90 minutes for me to get to the Rose Bowl. It takes 45 minutes to get to someplace other than here.
