Picked up this watch... face has a window for the hours (1 to 12) and just one blue hand for the minutes. Says Patek Phillipe both on the watch and on the buckle of the strap. Strap is a new, ordinary one. Dealer swore it is a genuine Patek Phillipe.... have my doubts. Anyone know about this model? Thanks
PP 5052 does not exist. It is a fake piece.

Despite being a replica, this is an interesting Jump Hour watch!
Could someone please tell me what is the legal position on such products. I have purchased it but it is apparently a fake. I cannot return it to the seller because he did say that he was not sure about its genuineness. I guess I got ripped off but I would like to know if I can sell it to someone else to try and get some of my money back at least.
