    I like the patina and weight of this piece. i wonder what the box was used for? it might have been meant for something electrical, from the pop-out pieces in the base. i'd like to see it w/ an old-fashioned padlock on it.

    not sure what category this goes into either...

      This metal case held a TORK clock. Programmable to turn lights etc. on and off.
