Handsome Emerald Green Crimped-top EPG Vase- Vine & Flower Pattern?

Why did I buy this vase? First of all I like rich EMERALD GREEN Glass, secondly it has a pressed pattern that I don't recognize and thirdly it's old and unusual with it's clear base, 3-part mold and crimped top. I suspect that it could be European/English but maybe Tallcakes has come across it before. It measures 5 3/4" tall, has a lot of age wear under-base and the base was fused to the stem. The vine with flower at the top pattern runs vertically in three panels and the shoulder of the vase has a continuous vine pattern running horizontally. Any ideas on the date of manufacture, the maker and the pattern name. I wrote EPG because I'm not sure that it is a tableware pattern or that it is an American pattern. Thanks everyone, RER(BOB)
