Chinese painted fur rug. Can take up to a year or two for it to be finished. A real thick fur hides sown together to make up the lion picture.
Size is about 4' x 7'
I believe it is called a painted rug. And it's from the 60's.
Does anybody know more about this? My grandpa got it in the 60's and is not sure much more about it but wants to know more and maybe a value. I've been searching all over the web and stores and no one has real fur made into pictures on rugs anymore.
