Can't seem to find any markings to get a brand name. Body is brass, base that screws off (flathead) appears to be porcelain, mouth and ear pieces are hard plastic. It has a lot of age to it but trying to figure out maker and date range. Any clue? Thanks!!!

I am still not sure. The dial looks old but it has a modern cord on the handset. Could have been converted which is not unusual. Hopefully ttomtucker will show up soon.
I'm not sure myself, some of the parts look old and others look new. My first thoughts were the candlestick was a type # 150 manufactured for the General Post Office (GPO) who controled the telecommunications for the British Empire.
