Tho' Westmoreland did make a glass pattern called Thousand Eye, this is not it. This is an EAPG pattern made by Columbia Glass Co. known as 'Double Eye Hobnail with Ornamental Band', c.1889.
the OMN for this pattern was 'Dew Drop' which included pieces with and without the ornamental band.
