I have researched this plate, and recently determined the pattern name to be Royal York. What I did find is that the "B" signifies this is one of the first series of Pottery made at their Stoke plant from 1898 to 1902.
Please chime in if anybody is more knowledgeable than I on this plate, I welcome your input.

The plate is in fair condition with the front missing some applied enamels on the fruit, but still looks beautiful to me. The red enamel on the fruit is considered a rare find. The back has one normal chip with several others which have the strange appearance of being sanded instead of chipped. The size of the plate is 10 1/2" square or 13" on the diagonal.
