Old Kieser Doll

We recently acquired this doll, judging by the snaps and hook closures, we would guess it is from the 1930's. On the back of the neck it is signed KIESER with a mark underneath it. It has sleepy and flirty eyes and a sort of German clothes, about 16" tall.
Any help would be greatly apreaciated.
