I've mentioned in previous posts of my adventurous palate for international foods. Beverages & refreshments are a great joy for me to share with guests & friends as well. I'm a bit of a traditional cuisiner as well, so when Turkish coffee is fancied. These beauties step up to the plate (or coffee cup) for the job! =^'

I had a lovely Turkish neighbour some years ago who would regularly invited me in for some of her thick, sweet, bitter, black coffee, made in one of these.
She called it a cezve (chezveh).
I hung around mainly for the baclava!
