Vintage Black Leprechaun liquor bottle

I found this bottle at a sale. It's absolutely adorable. As you can see in the photo the head comes off and there is a cork plug that goes under the head of the bottle.
The mans head has fuzzy hair along with his beard.
The height is a total of 6 1/2 inches tall.
If you look close he is holding 2 guns at his waist.

I think he is adorable but not been able to identify him.
Any help appreciated.
