    LITTLE RUST AROUND MOUNTING HOLE AND EDGE. HASN'T BEEN CLEANED. FOUND UNDER 1931 HALL STAIRS. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SOME HISTORY AND VALUE. MADE BY WALKER AND CO.
