This was a set sold by Sears that was the only set that came with 2 GI Joe figures. The sand bags were not included in this set. The base is from a cardboard box I cut up just as suggested in the GI Joe Action Soldier manual. The pieces in this set were all released in other sets with no original pieces made for it but still major Wish Book material.
